Are nappico diapers sustainable?
Yes, our diapers are made out of 100% bamboo top and bottom sheet sourced in an ethical way.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as per the company policy. In case you want to edit your order or change shipping details kindly email us at contact@nappico.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
How do I return my order ?
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged / wrong product you can send us an email to contact@nappco.in along with a picture and we will gladly replace it at our own cost.

My order has not been delivered yet. What can I do?
We try to ship the products within 24 hours from placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, it takes up to 7 business days to get delivered depending on your delivery location. However, most of our orders are delivered within 2-5 days of dispatch. In case of further issues you can write to us at contact@nappico.in or call us at +91 9360976752.
Does nappico ship to international locations?
Currently we do not ship to international pinches but we’d love to in future.
Are Nappico’s diapers degradable?
Our diapers are made out of 100% bamboo top and bottom sheets and degrade to 78%.
Are nappico diapers tape style or pant style?
Our newborn, small and medium diapers are tape style whereas large and extra large come in pant style.
What are wetness indicators and how do they work?
Wetness indicators are a convenient way to signal that it is time to change to the new diaper. On every diaper, there is a wetness indicator line. These lines turn from yellow to blue every time your baby urinates. And when the line is completely blue, it indicates that it is time to change to new diapers.
How do I pick the right size of Nappico’s diapers?
We have five different sizes of diapers at nappico. Newborn size is ideal for babies weighing between 0-4 kg. Small size is ideal for babies weighing between 3-8kg. Medium size is ideal for babies weighing between 6-11 kg. Large is ideal for babies weighing between 9-14 kg. Extra large is ideal for babies above 12 kg.
Are nappico diapers available for newborn babies?
Yes, our diapers are available for newborn babies.
When do nappico diapers expire?
The expiry of our diapers is 3 years from the manufactured date.
