The Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

As per company policy, we do not accept cancellations or refunds once the order has been placed.

If the product has to be changed or you need to edit your order, please notify our customer management team by writing an email to contact@nappico.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Replace

In a rare case of items being incorrect or faulty, please notify us by sending a picture to contact@nappico.in with the following information:

Customer Name
Order Id
Purchase Date
The reason for the refund

Once we receive your email, we will review and replace the item at our expense.
